Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location(s): Los Angeles, CA

Description:

Division is requesting assistance primarily for purchasing, Travel and Entertainment (T&E) and non-T&E reports, and PCard reconciliation. Additionally, would assist with other administrative tasks as needed including but not limited to scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing events, submitting facilities requests, reconciling invoice irregularity and outstanding payments, back up for cash handling.

Prior Experience:


  • Administrative experience in clinical setting.
  • Experience with purchasing and coordination.


Prefer:


  • 1 -4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of departmental and university policies and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge and competency in the use of University systems (BruinBuy Plus, Recharges, Express, etc.).
