Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee critical cloud and DevSecOps initiatives. This individual will serve as the primary project lead, working closely with senior program leadership and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies, as well as a strong background in system security and project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

    Serve as the project lead, reporting to the Senior Program Manager, and ensure alignment with program goals.
  • Manage and monitor the performance, budget, and schedule of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Oversee a team of AWS cloud developers and 24/7 on-call support staff.
  • Maintain and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Cloud O&M and R&D activities.
  • Lead the design, setup, and implementation of cloud-based platforms (AWS).
  • Document infrastructure requirements for hosting Kubernetes clusters.
  • Participate in Agile/DevSecOps milestones, program reviews, executive presentations, and customer meetings.
  • Drive proposal development, risk and opportunity management, and contract change processes.
  • Research and evaluate new DevOps tools for integration into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Track and report Information Assurance (IA) requirements using tools such as STIGs, Fortify, Trivy, and Black Duck.
  • Maintain and communicate program metrics through status dashboards.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
  • Active/Current TS/SCI security clearance
  • AWS Certification.
  • Hands-on experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira and Confluence).
  • Proven experience leading teams of 6 or more.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ATO processes.
  • Familiarity with Fortify, Trivy, Black Duck, and STIGs.
  • Experience with Nuclear Treaty Monitoring systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience briefing executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or Agile Certification.
  • Experience in federal contracting environments.
  • Previous experience with classified systems and secure cloud deployments.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
