OSI Systems seeks a highly accomplished leader to serve in the position of Director of Financial Planning & Analysis of Spacelabs Healthcare. This individual will be located in Snoqualmie, WA, and will have overall responsibility for the FP&A function within the Division. It is therefore critical that the Director of FP&A be a true strategic partner to the Division's executive management team and the parent company's financial management team. The Director of FP&A must be able to articulate and establish sound financial policy while working with both Division entities and the parent company to ensure success. The Director of FP&A will be responsible for the Division's financial planning and analysis. To be successful, they will quickly need to develop a detailed understanding of the business drivers in each of the Division's channels and each link in its global supply chain and how FP&A can be a business partner to the leaders of these functions within the Division. Strong collaboration with Domestic and Global Sales Teams will allow a successful candidate to quickly adapt to changes in the company's sales funnel and identify both opportunities and risks. Operating in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, the ability to handle challenging forecasts and anticipate changes is critical to success in this position. The Director of FP&A will possess outstanding operational experience and skills. With the appropriate operational relevance and experience, they will understand operating disciplines and how to measure and show relevant metrics which help define current and future trends. The Director of FP&A is expected to bring a fresh perspective which blends financial and operational knowledge. It will be critical to this individual's success that they has a true collaborative approach to problem-solving, be team oriented and has a hands-on approach to managing the function. **This is a hybrid position requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Snoqualmie, WA with 3 days/ week in the office.** Responsibilities
