What You'll Do

As a Strategic Finance Manager you will:



  • Leads company strategic, long-range planning processes and develops financial models to support strategic initiatives and to evaluate opportunities for strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
  • Provides strategic decision support to include actionable insights through scenario modeling, investment analysis, and Return on Investment (ROI) evaluations for new business opportunities.
  • Develops and tracks key financial and operational metrics for strategic initiatives and deal models and uses data to analyze trends and variances to inform leadership decisions.
  • Tracks company strategic initiatives including timelines, budgets, sequencing, resourcing and key performance indicators.
  • Partners with teams across operations, sales, marketing, and product development to ensure financial alignment and accountability.
  • Prepares executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership and board meetings. Translates complex financial data into clear strategic narratives.
  • Identifies financial risks and opportunities. Develops mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Coordinates company strategic and enterprise risk plans.
  • Supports budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Breg's cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.
  • Responsible for promoting Breg's culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, providing focused feedback, and recognition. The performance of the position is aligned with the culture of commitment and accountability, following the steps of: See it, Own it, Solve it, and Do it.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in patient care and business solutions.


What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field is required. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or management consulting is required.
  • Advanced excel and financial modeling skills including experience with business intelligence (BI) tools is required.
  • Proven track record of influencing strategic decisions through data-driven insights is required.
  • Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.

Compensation

Salary Range: $136,300.00 - $172,600.00. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for a bonus.
