We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Coordinator for Eating Disorders Services to help lead and advance our comprehensive treatment programs at Linden Oaks Hospital. About the Role The Eating Disorders Services Advance Practice Provider (APP) plays a critical leadership role in ensuring excellence in clinical services, improving treatment outcomes, and supporting high-quality, cost-effective care across the eating disorders service line. This individual will collaborate closely with medical leadership, provide strategic guidance, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The APP also plays a key role in staff development, recruitment, and community education. Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical oversight of eating disorders programming (inpatient and outpatient), in collaboration with hospital and service line leadership.
- Act as Executive Co-Chair of the Eating Disorders Strategy and Standardization Committee.
- Ensure delivery of evidence-based care and consistency of treatment protocols across locations.
- Collaborate with hospital leaders and clinical managers to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, IDPH, and SUPR regulatory requirements.
- Support the professional development of staff and lead treatment team discussions.
- Assist in recruiting high-quality psychiatrists and advanced practice providers to grow the program.
- Participate in budget planning, accreditation readiness, and educational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Required Education & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience providing eating disorder treatment.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health or clinical setting.
- Required Licensure & Certification
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license with collaborative agreement.
- Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) certification.
