Overview We're Hiring: Training Specialist Location: Bancroft Employee Center in Moorestown, NJ Are you looking for a new professional challenge? Responsibilities The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing and evaluating engaging and effective training programs for new and existing Bancroft staff. This role ensures learning experiences meet regulatory accreditation and organizational needs using a variety of instructional methods and learning technologies. The Training Specialist serves as a facilitator, curriculum developer and instructional specialist ensuring staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles and uphold Bancroft's mission and vision. The main responsibilities in this role include:
Deliver training across various formats (in person or virtual or blended) using engaging instructional strategies such as simulations, role-playing, group discussions, multimedia, interactive lectures, scenarios that is learner-centered and evidence-based
Qualifications Education
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Education or Human Services or related field preferred. ExperienceA minimum of one year of experience in Human Services or a direct care program as mandated by N.J. State training/education standards required. Must obtain American Red Cross instructor training and S&PA Train-the-Trainer within 90 days of hire. Experience with LMS, HRIS platforms, training facilitations or instructional design preferred. Special SkillsEffective facilitation and presentation skills in the classroom and virtually required, Strong written and oral communication skills, experience in communicating eff ectively with a diverse group of individuals. Knowledge of training/education methods, techniques, and approaches using MS PPT, eLearning software and other. Effective organization, prioritization, and time management skills are also required. Has a high level of attention to detail, performing with excellence, results focused and team oriented.
