As the Director, Billing Enrollment and Activation, you will be responsible for leading a high performing team of 4 direct reports (mix of people leaders and individual contributors) that processes the US/CA enterprise volume of cases for client billing setup and unit service enrollment and activation, with focus on auditing, efficiency and maintaining a high degree of accuracy. The Director will drive operational excellence through data analytics, reporting, process automation, incident management, quality controls, and continuous improvement. This role will oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), root cause analysis (RCA), governance, and process design while fostering a culture of innovation and service. This role is critical for ensuring seamless customer onboarding, accurate billing, and timely activation of client fleet units. A Day in the Life Strategic Leadership & Governance:

Knowledge & Competencies
The hiring base salary range for this position is $124,600 to $171,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
