Position Summary As a member of the Nursing Management Team the Nursing Manager has 24-hour responsibility for one or more nursing units. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited college of nursing. BSN or BS preferred. Specialty certification also preferred. Experience Two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting. Behavioral Health or Acute Psychiatric experience preferred. Two (2) years of experience managing employees, staffing, budgeting. Age-Specific Competencies Child, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric Licensure/Certification Current SC RN license or current RN license from a compact state.
