Head of Digital Marketing, Analytics and Marketing Technology is an executive leadership position that will drive the transformation and execution of our digital marketing technology, analytics capabilities and the creative design studio. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the role will oversee a team of 175+ professionals globally, to deliver exceptional digital experiences, as well as non-digital creative experiences that drive business growth, customer engagement world-class operational excellence through automation, data-driven decision making, and strategic prioritization. This is a new role that combines strategic leadership in marketing, digital marketing innovation, and creative design excellence to drive organizational success and brand growth. Top priorities for this role include:
Building a streamlined, integrated team across digital, analytics, and design that maximizes the use of technology, AI, data and automation to meet our business needs Defining the vision and implementing AI and new technologies across the team Transforming and bringing best in class practices, and knowledge in tech, data and analytics to the team, and driving the use of AI across the team Key near-term successes of this role include defining future state technology and organization, identification of top priorities and plan to implement key priorities.

Digital Marketing & Channel Management
Lead all digital marketing channels including website, paid search, SEO, display advertising, and paid social media
Oversee website strategy, user experience, content management, and optimization to drive engagement and conversion
Marketing Technology & Innovation
Own the enterprise marketing technology stack, ensuring integration, optimization, and adoption across the organization
Analytics & Data Management
Design Leadership
Provide strategic direction for the design function, linking design with brand strategy,technology, and on-going brand transformation.
Ensure design excellence through talent development, process optimization, and quality standards, and commitment to accessibility standards
Team Leadership & Development
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices across operations, digital, and design
About You To be considered for the Head of Digital Marketing, Analytics and Marketing Technologyyou will have:
B2B SaaS marketing experience is essential, with preference for experience in information services, professional services, or technology sectors
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required, master's degree (MBA or Marketing) preferred

Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $273,000 - $409,000.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $273,000 - $409,000.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
