Staffmark is hiring a hands-on, customer-focused Trailer Service Associate for a well-established, family-owned trailer business based in Calhoun, LA. Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $12.00-$14.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Daily Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve as the first point of contact for trailer check-in and check-out
• Assemble trailers for display and delivery
• Inspect, stage, and prepare trailers for sale
• Maintain clean, safe grounds-debris pickup only, no mowing
• Load, unload, and move trailers as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions and ensuring a smooth experience
• Stay productive during peak hours and proactive during slower times

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Prior groundskeeping, general labor, or yard work experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout your shift
• A self-motivated, dependable attitude and comfort working outdoors in all weather
• Steel-toe boots and jeans (casual dress code with safety in mind)
