Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift \| Monday - Friday \| 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time \| Direct Hire What You'll Be Doing Assemble hydraulic and electro-mechanical lifts and ramps throughout various production stages Use blueprints, schematics, and written instructions to guide precise assembly Install moving parts like shafts, levers, and bearings; ensure free movement and operational alignment Perform inspections on components and finished units Coordinate with Test Engineering on test plans and modifications Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized work environment and report any issues to supervisors Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with product rework as needed Why You'll Love Working at Wabtec Wabtec offers day-one access to an outstanding benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, generous paid time off, and paid holidays.
