Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing



  • Assemble hydraulic and electro-mechanical lifts and ramps throughout various production stages
  • Use blueprints, schematics, and written instructions to guide precise assembly
  • Install moving parts like shafts, levers, and bearings; ensure free movement and operational alignment
  • Perform inspections on components and finished units
  • Coordinate with Test Engineering on test plans and modifications
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and report any issues to supervisors
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with product rework as needed

What You'll Bring



  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read technical documents and work instructions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and complete repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Flexibility to assist across departments when needed
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
