Maintenance Technician

• Follow all safety protocols and immediately report any hazards or concerns to supervision.
• Promote safe work habits by using appropriate PPE and ensuring all safety features and guards are in place and operational.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to identify and address equipment issues before they escalate.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase, including motors and RTUs.
• Install, repair, and maintain electric motors and their associated components, including drives and controls.
• Work with a variety of electronic equipment, including installing and programming PLCs, and maintaining facility systems like lighting and HVAC.
• Install new equipment and electrical services, including running conduit, pulling wire, mounting fixtures, and resolving electrical malfunctions.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Proficient in working with up to 480V 3-phase electrical systems; higher voltage experience is a plus.
• Experience with PLCs, motor programmable drives, conduit installation, and machine moves.
• Background in a melting and molding environment is advantageous; electrical education or apprenticeship preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet the job's physical and skill requirements.
