Could you be the full-time hybrid Senior Network Engineer in Pittsburgh, PA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your telecommunications and networking expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and solutions-driven teammates.
You'll ensure the successful design and delivery of Network & Telecom sub-systems, driving quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance in accordance with project requirements. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (installation teams, cybersecurity teams, power experts), provide technical support during functional validation phases, and actively contribute to cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall project performance-and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Reaching QCD commitments for N&T sub-system design and managing trade-offs between work packages while seeking QCD performance in accordance with contractual requirements.,



  • Elaborating N&T sub-system BoQ and supporting the installation manager in the scope of the N&T sub-system.,



  • Maintaining close follow-up on technical gaps implementation.,



  • Ensuring that external interfaces are consistent with the N&T sub-system.,



  • Supervising and participating in system deliveries, including requirements, system documentation, and performance.,



  • Supporting the functional validation phase of the sub-system.,



  • Managing the iteration of the sub-system configuration throughout the project life cycle until the end of the warranty period.,



  • Managing the iteration of installation studies specific to the N&T sub-system.,



  • Ensuring that all N&T designs adhere to quality processes, including the application of Adapt and Design N&T Processes, Methods, and Guidelines.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related field. ,



  • Experience or understanding of radio deployments in industrial or related environments. ,



  • Knowledge of wireless/radio design and telecommunications networking. ,



  • Familiarity with design project management and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) principles. ,



  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. ,



  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. ,



  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and manage technical trade-offs. ,



  • Experience in system configuration management throughout the project lifecycle. ,



  • Commitment to quality processes and continuous improvement. ,
