We are seeking a dedicated Complaint Specialist and Intake Coordinator to join their diverse team that makes a difference every day!

Pay: $32/hr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm (Hybrid - Acton, MA)

Position Type: Temp

Key Responsibilities:



  • Analyze and process complaints to ensure accurate coding and timely assessment.
  • Enter data and create reports/graphs for complaints, special projects, and lot qualifications.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records related to product complaints and qualifications.
  • Review lot documentation (DHRs) to identify issues linked to reported failures.
  • Communicate feedback to product support managers and assist in basic failure analysis.
  • Support adverse event investigations and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department.


Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of 1+ year of experience with data management, record keeping, and trouble shooting in the Medical Device field, or other transferable experience related to organization, technical aptitude, and data management.
