Description
Acara Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator in Amherst, NY.
Type: Contract to direct hire
Pay: Up to 25.00/HR, flexibility on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 4:30PM

Key Duties:

  • Prepare international shipping documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Support purchasing and logistics; track orders and coordinate global shipments.
  • Communicate with warehouses, vendors, and customers on orders and delivery.
  • Help resolve shipment or order issues; liaise with internal/external partners.
  • Perform admin tasks (data entry, filing, tracking) and suggest process improvements.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required
