Director of Business Operations collaborates with General Manager in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans for assigned region. The job has a major focus on compliance, maximization of efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration. Candidate oversees ongoing projects in assigned regions by collaborating with Program/Project managers in development of operational, financial, and budgetary forecasts. Having the driving seat of Business operations, candidate coordinates with Business development and Proposals departments in development of effective proposals / bids for anticipated projects.i

Required Experience:
We require the following skill set to be successful in this job:
- Proven working experience in project execution and business operations
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management, HRM, and Business Operations
- To assist financial planning, weekly/monthly/quarterly budgeting, and cash forecast
- To ensure compliance in procurement and purchasing (ensuring adequate documentation in compliance with company polices and statutory regulations)
- To coordinate with Finance Department fulfilling statutory requirements by Saud Financial agencies e.g., ZATCA
- To ensure all statutory registrations / company licenses (required as per Saud Arabian Business Regulations) are active and renewed on time
- To coordinate with the Legal department in case of labor/legal dispute and ensure effective resolution
- Completes the banking transactions (to manage all payments), ensuring that the company secures adequate cash availability required for smooth operations
- Coordinates with Finance Department in internal and external (third party) audits
- To coordinate with Service providers/vendors, ensuring adequate service delivery, to audit bills/invoices and ensure payments as per agreed terms
- To ensure company payroll issuance in compliance with Time Keeping, GOSI, WPS and other statutory regulations
- To Train and Develop Kratos staff on compliance and key business operations
- Kratos Arabia Management System- To ensure establishment, maintain and update Kratos Arabia Management Systems (Employee Handbook and other company policies)
- Review and update employment contract in compliance with Saud Labor and wokmen Law
- To ensure adequate medical insurance program for the company, that includes policy negotiation, renewal, enrollments, and coverage update/cancellation
- To ensure efficient timekeeping system as per company policies and statuary regulations
- To oversee recruitment and talent acquisition as per company requirements
- To oversee project execution and organization of on ground program activities
- To conduct periodic meetings with clients and company management on progress review
- To coordinate with proposals department in development of effective proposals/bids for anticipated projects
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration
- A minimum of ten years of experience is required for this position
