Tru Vue Inc. Tru-Vue Team Lead - 3rd Shift Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Pay: $24+/hour Location: Faribault, MN Job Summary: Tru Vue is hiring a hands-on Team Lead to support 3rd shift production operations. You'll help guide a small team, coordinate shift activities, train new team members, and contribute directly on the floor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and working with advanced equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do: Lead and coach production team members Perform and train on tasks like machine set-up, inspection, and packaging Ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met Communicate shift updates and track key data Troubleshoot equipment and support process improvements Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promote Lean practices What We're Looking For: High School diploma or GED (2-4 yr degree preferred) 2+ years of manufacturing experience Forklift experience, ability to be certified.
