The National Reimbursement Lead will be directly responsible for the time-sensitive management, development, and implementation of all matters related to the project. The National Reimbursement Lead will provide leadership, strategic and operational management, along with financial support aligned with business objectives. They will also:

  • Integrate with client leadership and collaborate across multi-functional teams to ensure a collaborative approach to support reimbursement success.
  • Provide oversight and support for the Regional Reimbursement Leads.
  • Provide reimbursement (coding, coverage, and payment policy) coaching expertise on manufacturer products in all places of service.
  • Ensure the team provides reimbursement education to physician offices throughout the access journey.
  • Ensure the team follows client rules of engagement, delivers on Management By Objectives/metrics, and provides a high customer satisfaction experience.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 10+ years of commercial biotech/pharmaceutical experience
    • 5+ years of field reimbursement or patient services experience with specialty products, biologics preferred
    • 3+ years of proven management experience
    • Proven experience with Hubs; in-depth knowledge on issues related to billing, coding, and appeals across physician types
    • Experience with commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid plans
