Job Summary The Account Executive (Project Manager) is the lead point of contact for all related activities on multiple accounts or one large account. May have responsibility for managing lower-level project management staff and ensuring success on all accounts including development of future business. Location: Remote - Anywhere in the United States Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Services and maintains positive relationships with current customer base.
  • Identify customers' needs and solve problems
  • Understand and perform cost savings analysis for customers
  • Generates new sales by promoting products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Troubleshoots problems for customer.
  • Prepares various reports as required.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Preferred bachelor degree
  • Minimum 10 years of Account Management Experience, managing large retail accounts
  • Minimum 5 years of Management/Supervisory Experience
  • Experience working with millwork manufacturing highly preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
  • Preferred manufacturing background, but not required
  • Preferred experience and knowledge on UFP's organization, culture, and product lines
Skills and abilities
  • Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking
  • Demonstrated proficiency to manage multiple tasks, to set priorities, and to meet deadlines.
  • Consistently demonstrates skills, knowledge and abilities capable of leading multiple and/or large complex projects that may include advanced global execution and logistics.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external vendors with an attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to problem solve and offer continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team including delegating tasks.
  • Ability to apply business math to manufacturing processes.
Compensation & Benefit Information:Salary Range: $90,000-135,000 annually **pay based on location and cost of living Bonus/Incentive Pay:A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided. Benefits currently offered to our employees
