Performs administrative duties associated with shipping products from a Fabrication facility.



Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other office programs.
  • Accurately use an ERP system for inventory movements and completion of shipping paperwork
  • Effectively communicate with truck drivers, Shipping Team leader and forklift drivers
  • Generate paperwork for pulling of products daily and creates truck loads.
  • Accurately label product and shipments
  • Other duties may include packaging of products and light assembly.
  • Accurately complete counts and identifies product.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to three months related experience and/or training is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos written in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information in English in one-on-one and small group situations.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Ability to be certified for forklift.
