We are seeking a hands-on IT Generalist to provide daily onsite support for a customer in Burlington, VT on contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, user support, and working directly with end users in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:



  • Provide hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, printer, and connectivity issues
  • Set up new equipment and assist with user onboarding
  • Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
  • Coordinate with remote IT teams for escalating support needs


Requirements:



  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support or generalist role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable transportation for daily onsite presence


This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to gain experience in a customer-facing environment with potential for contract extension.

Location: Burlington, VT (Onsite Daily)

Duration: 3-6 Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
