General Summary:
Reporting to the SVP of Enterprise Excellence, the AVP of Enterprise Performance and PMO is a critical enterprise leader responsible for accelerating Campbell's transformation through the execution of strategic growth and margin expansion initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional business partners to develop and deliver large-scale programs, such as acquisition integrations, savings programs, design-to-value initiatives, manufacturing and network optimization, and other programs that improve profitability or build capability.

This role will bring an enterprise mindset and strong business acumen to identify opportunities and support the development of a pipeline of business improvement projects. S/he will then lead a team of program managers to coordinate stakeholders from project planning through execution with accountability for successful outcomes. This leader will also evolve Campbell's project management framework and toolkit to ensure best-in-class support. A keystone to the successful delivery of performance improvement, the AVP of Enterprise Performance and PMO will have significant visibility at the senior executive and C-suite level to influence decisions and report on program progress and performance.

Strategic Program Leadership:
* Serve as a thought leader for Campbell's enterprise strategy: work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop pipeline of initiatives that deliver growth and margin goals
* Influence decisions and prioritization of initiatives at the executive level
* Translate strategic goals into actionable programs: create and communicate digestible project roadmaps with key milestones, interdependencies, and risk mitigation plans
* Operate as a strategic business partner streamlining workstreams across Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercialization, Finance, and R&D into a cohesive and aligned agenda
Project Management Execution:
* Clearly articulate program objectives and scope to ensure stakeholder alignment; determine resource requirements, associated costs, and timeline for delivery
* Thoughtfully scope work into workstreams with clear tasks and responsibilities; support workstream leaders in the development of detailed project plans
* Establish cadence and materials appropriate to project scope; monitor and report on progress with transparent and reliable information
* Take proactive measures to mitigate risk; manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and address concerns
* Regularly evaluate program performance, adjust as needed, and conduct lessons learned to gather feedback on best practices and areas for improvement
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment; ensure cross-functional teams are united in purpose and pulling in the same direction
Governance and Project Management Excellence:
* Develop and implement PMO strategies that continuously improve the speed, accuracy, and effectiveness of project management practices within and across teams
* Champion a culture of strong business partnership and operational excellence
* Build tools, frameworks, and forums for cross-functional governance, initiative approval, project planning, issue resolution, and performance tracking

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
* 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in roles with enterprise visibility (preference for Transformation Office, Supply Chain / Operations, or Finance)
* Experience leading large-scale initiatives in the CPG industry, ideally in Food & Beverage
Skills and Capabilities
* Proven ability to structure complex, cross-functional programs into actionable workstreams and partner effectively with teams to measure and deliver outcomes
* Data-driven with strong financial acumen and ability to pressure-test business cases
* Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive influencing skills
* Collaborative and inclusive approach to leading through ambiguity and resolving hurdles
* Sufficient tech fluency to improve the collection, synthesis, and reporting of information

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$194,400-$279,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
