What we are looking for:

An experienced Market Manager with strong leadership capabilities, who will bring exceptional management skills, deep mortgage expertise, and a collaborative spirit to our builder division team. This professional will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where builders, customers, and internal teams can depend on them to lead loan officer teams while ensuring seamless loan origination and timely closings. The Market Manager's primary function is to manage and mentor a team of loan officers for builder accounts while actively promoting and originating company loan products and services, maintaining our reputation for excellence in the builder partnership space.

What you'll do:



  • Primary point of contact for the builder's division leadership
  • Leading a team of Loan Officers for a builder account.
  • Work directly with the Operations Manager to ensure loans are closing timely with the goal of having docs out on all loans no less than 2 business days prior to closing.
  • Focuses on identifying lending opportunities, enhancing sales productivity, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations
  • Trains, motivates, coaches, and provides guidance to increase sales productivity
  • Conducts loan officer meetings and educates staff on new and existing products and programs
  • Attends backlog and sales meetings with the builder.
  • Runs the internal backlog.
  • Assist in problem-solving files with the loan officer teams.
  • Planning, implementing, and developing promotional and marketing initiatives.
  • Originates mortgage loans, obtains and analyzes pertinent financial and credit data
  • Monitors and evaluates production and goals
  • Participates in the hiring of additional loan officers.


What you'll need to be successful:

Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry with a clear understanding of residential mortgage loan process from application through fulfillment -or- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

* Must be appropriately licensed (or be able to gain license within 60 days of start date) by the applicable regulator in each state in which he/she does licensee activities

* Excellent communication skills required



  • Good knowledge of marketing, public relations, sales, and service
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines
  • Ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to coach and mentor
