Sales Operations organization leads the Sales Global Operations function and drives thought leadership and business architecture roadmap for essential Sales Processes to deliver Experience first, best in class operational capabilities for Juniper, Customers and Partners. Sales Operations constantly innovates to meet the emerging needs of our sales team and improve our customer and partner experience. Customer master data management team within the sales Operations caters the customer master data needs for Juniper - from establishing standards for customer data to managing the lifecycle of the customer data.

The Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) function at Juniper is at the forefront of advanced data management within Sales Operations. Harnessing intelligent automation and AI technologies, CMDM has revolutionized its master data management (MDM) operations, enabling smarter, faster, and more reliable processes. Through the deployment of solutions such as CoPilot, the team has dramatically improved data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all customer records. Furthermore, by integrating operations reviews and automated workflows, CMDM has streamlined and automated critical tasks, minimizing manual intervention and maximizing operational efficiency. With these advancements, CMDM has delivered reduction in time to master records, a reduction in volume of support requests and increased stability of data in CRM. This commitment to innovation empowers Juniper to maintain impeccable customer data standards and deliver consistent, high-quality experiences for internal teams, customers, and partners alike.

CMDM is continuing its transformation journey towards AI-driven master data management. As part of this evolution, we are seeking to hire an AI Automation Engineer who will play a key role in advancing these innovative initiatives and ensuring our data management remains at the forefront of industry standards.

This position reports to the head of customer master data management and will be based in the US.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:



  • Scope AI Use Cases:

    • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases
    • Work closely with business stakeholders - GTM AI Council - to identify AI applications to advance maturity of MDM, maintaining high-quality data and operational efficiency.
    • Improve experience for consumers of master data using AI.

  • Design User Experience:

    • Collaborate with operations team to optimize user experience for reduced workload and accurate output in operational use cases.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and effective user experiences for AI solutions.

  • Implement Solutions:

    • Develop and deploy AI solutions using Agentforce or CoPilot, ensuring seamless integration with workflows.
    • Collaborate with automation and IT teams in the implementation of the solution.
    • Validate AI solutions through comprehensive testing to confirm performance and experience.

  • Measure Impact

    • Define and track key metrics to assess the impact of AI initiatives on data quality and efficiency.

  • Contribute to Roadmap:

    • Support strategic planning and propose enhancements to the CMDM AI roadmap based on insights and evolving needs.

  • Support:

    • Troubleshoot data issues and improve data quality and automation processes as needed.
    • Support business with ad-hoc data requests.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's (Master's degree preferred) in computer science or a quantitative field
  • 8-10 years' experience in data analytics with business stakeholder engagement
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen
  • Proven track record in designing/delivering ML/AI solutions (e.g., CoPilot, Azure, Agentforce)
  • Basic knowledge of master data management, customer data life cycle, and corporate structures
  • Preferred experience in sales operations and data governance
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving for data operations and SaaS services



Minimum Salary: $141,600.00

Maximum Salary:$203,550.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $141,600.00 and $203,550.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
