Purpose: This role supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of DTC systems across North American retail stores, ensuring system reliability and accurate data management. By analyzing trends, maintaining key store data, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors, the position helps drive inventory accuracy, operational efficiency and overall store profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- RFID System Support: Support with daily operation and maintenance of RFID systems within North American Retail stores. Ensure the systems are functioning optimally and perform regular QA.
- Reporting: Gather and publish weekly shrink operational KPIs in accordance with established weekly operating routines.
- Data Analysis: Analyze weekly RFID and Shrink data to identify trends, inventory discrepancies, and improvement opportunities. Provide detailed reports and share actionable insights with key stakeholders.
- Primary Data Maintenance: Create and maintain retail store primary data in
coordination with global and market teams (TrueVUE, SSM, etc).
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and recommend improvements to existing processes and workflows within areas of support.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation of RFID processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Work with Global partners to update information as needed.
- Communications: Ensure that all enhancements and critical updates are clearly communicated to stores in a timely manner (i.e. Planned Maintenance, RFID Outages, App Updates).
- All other duties as assigned.
Key Relationships:
- Retail Stores, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Allocations, Omnichannel, Finance, eCom, Loss Prevention, NAM/Global IT.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) skills.
- Familiarity with SAP, SSM, TrueVUE and other internal system tools.
- Understanding of PowerBI considered an asset.
- Basic understanding of retail math and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Fluency in Spanish and/or French considered an asset.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience in Retail or a related position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Systems experience in the Retail Industry preferred.
