The Specialist, Talent Acquisition Operations, plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution and knowledge transfer of recruiting processes, systems, and tools across all parts of the recruiting lifecycle. Working directly with recruiters (Talent Acquisition Partners) and other stakeholders, this role focuses on recruiting enablement, recruitment marketing, process improvement, and data management. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a related HR role * Proven experience managing ATS platforms and other recruiting tools Skills and Competencies * Strong understanding of recruiting processes, metrics, and best practices * Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a high-growth and/or global organization * Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements related to recruitment * Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS certifications) Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
