The Specialist, Talent Acquisition Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of recruiting processes, systems, and tools across all parts of the recruiting lifecycle. Working directly with recruiters (Talent Acquisition Partners) and other stakeholders, this role focuses on operational excellence, data management, and process improvement to support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a related HR role Proven experience managing ATS platforms and other recruiting tools Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of recruiting processes, metrics, and best practices Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-growth and/or global organization Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements related to recruitment Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS certifications) Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
