Pay Rate: $30 - $40/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Install and connect power supply wiring, conduit, and equipment for lighting and machines in compliance with NEC standards.
  • Troubleshoot and support production control systems, automation components, and malfunctioning apparatus like transformers and motor starters.
  • Maintain and repair electrical distribution systems including 277/480V, 120/208V, and 120/240V configurations.
  • Replace faulty electronic components such as PCBs, relays, contactors, and control buttons.
  • Perform maintenance on all types of lighting systems including emergency, exterior, and energy management-controlled systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical utilities and equipment (480V or less), ensuring functionality and safety.
  • Complete required paperwork, maintain shop/service van organization, inventory tools, and perform other assigned duties.


Qualifications:



  • Must be 21 years of age or older and have successfully completed an Apprenticeship Program.
  • Requires 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must hold a valid Colorado Journeyman "A" license and a valid driver's license.
  • Certifications and applicable licenses are required.
  • Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write reports and correspondence; and speak effectively to groups.
  • Strong technical skills are needed to perform job duties, with reasonable accommodation provided if necessary.
