Job Description:

Excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a growing team. You will be the central point for all things JIRA . This assignment combines technical JIRA administration with cross-functional project orchestration to enable scalable, data-driven marketing execution. Contractor will lead JIRA operations, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless collaboration across marketing, media, and tech teams.

Responsibilities:

JIRA Administration & Optimization

• Own all aspects of JIRA: project setup, permissions, workflows, custom fields, automation, and integrations (Confluence, Slack, etc.).
• Streamline and evolve JIRA processes to improve team collaboration, visibility, and delivery efficiency.

Project Orchestration

• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives (campaigns, programs, events).
• Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using JIRA as the operational backbone.

Reporting & Communication

• Build and maintain JIRA dashboards and custom reports to monitor KPIs and execution status.
• Deliver insights and updates to leadership and stakeholders to support transparency and data-informed decisions.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years in operations, strategy, or project management, ideally in a marketing or tech-driven environment
• Hands-on JIRA admin experience, ideally in cross-functional Agile settings
• Familiar with Confluence, Miro, and automation/scripting tools (e.g., Groovy, Python)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
• Bachelor's in business, marketing, information systems, or related field.

Must Haves:

• BA
• Jira Administration - Will be setting up project, permission, workflows, custom fields, automation, and integration in JIRA
• Marketing / Advertising Domain - Campaigns, Events, Branding, etc.
• JIRA Dashboards & Reports
• Documenting workflows, templates, and best practices to scale platform adoption
