About the role

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer II, you'll play a key role in solving complex business challenges by leading the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. You'll be responsible for implementing best practices and architectural patterns that align with our organization's security, performance, and compliance standards. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact across infrastructure initiatives while collaborating with multi-functional teams.

What you will do

• Perform installs, configurations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance for assigned technologies
• Monitor and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities
• Manage upgrades for advanced platforms or oversee third-party providers performing the work
• Design and engineer solutions across one or more technical subject areas
• Analyze industry trends and develop medium- to long-term plans to maintain cost-effectiveness and competitiveness
• Implement design patterns and architectural solutions that impact multiple teams
• Lead or participate in design reviews, ensuring alignment with security, disaster recovery, performance, and capacity standards
• Influence system architecture and lead design activities
• Oversee implementation of new solutions, features, capabilities, or best practices
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, supporting their growth and development

Compensation

Salary Range: $125,000 - $208,400 plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program.

Who You Are:

• High School Diploma required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience across multiple domains: Cloud (Azure, IaC, CI/CD), Servers, Networking, Voice, and Endpoint Management (including VDI)
• Proven experience leading refactoring initiatives and driving engineering excellence
• Deep knowledge of engineering patterns, methodologies, and system design principles
• Strong ability to lead design efforts and influence architectural decisions
• Expert problem-solver with a talent for clarifying complex or ambiguous challenges
• Skilled at mentoring and guiding engineers, with a track record of technical leadership
• Excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business partners
• Proficient in Agile delivery practices, with the ability to influence team-level adoption and improvements
• Solid understanding of IT best practices and enterprise technology standards
