Do you want to drive positive change in organizations? Join our dynamic team as a Change Management Specialist and play a key role in transforming business processes and technologies. In this position, you will work closely with the Organizational Change Management Manager to address and manage changes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adaptations. This role involves planning and tracking a variety of change management tasks, including effective communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness analysis, and reinforcing changes. Additionally, you will help facilitate IT communication tasks, making you a vital part of our change initiatives.

Specific Duties Include:



  • Assist in implementing change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
  • Support the adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization.
  • Perform change management assessments by interviewing team managers and team members.
  • Document change impacts, current process mapping, and changes to processes.
  • Assist in developing strategies and plans for projects, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption.
  • Aid in identifying and managing anticipated resistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with process owners and super users.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
  • Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co.
  • Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
  • Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Change management certification or designation desired but not required.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
