Partner with the Best:

As a Treasury FP&A & Reporting, this role will support the overall reporting requirements from a Treasury perspective, centralizing the groups KPI reporting activities and providing consistency in formats and frequency. Support management strategies and modeling for debt issuance, alternative funding and investment management and repatriation planning. Analyzes liquidity positions and risks to provide direction for both regulatory and operational demands. The role will also be involved in other aspects of Treasury as needed. Responsible for developing and publishing reports and Management information packs to support treasury holistically.

As a Treasury FP&A & Reporting, you will be responsible for:

  • Modelingforecasts and tracking actuals for cash flow impact from treasury activities, providing insights for all FP&A planning and reporting cycles.

  • Supportingmaterial preparation across the treasury function for monthly and quarterly operating reviews with leadership.

  • Cultivatingdashboards and MIS by leveraging current treasury management systems' reporting capabilities.

  • Institutionalizinga mindset of documentation and automation to simplify repeat reports for easy publication and ensure business continuity.

  • Collaboratingwith accounting, FP&A, and other finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.

  • Participatingin treasury system implementations and process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensuringcompliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and treasury policies.

  • Developingdeep knowledge of exposure management and FX impact estimation, supporting the exposure management team in creating insightful communication rhythms to drive management decisions.

  • Supportingpreparation of board of directors materials and ad hoc analysis for executive leadership.

  • Assistingin the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

  • Monitoringand analyzing company liquidity, bank balances, and cash positions across multiple accounts and entities.

  • Preparingdaily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports and forecasts.

  • Preparingmonthly and quarterly treasury reporting across various aspects of the team including banking operations, liquidity, exposure management, and trade finance.

  • Supportingtreasury operations by providing insights into cash movements, funding needs, and investment opportunities.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in treasury, financial reporting, or corporate finance.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of cash flow forecasting, financial instruments, and banking operations.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Be available to step in for other colleagues as needed

  • Ambitions to pursue CFA or CTP certifications
