Specialists will identify the guests' needs, offer products, communicate policies, and provide assistance with changes, cancellations, taking payments and any other service-based needs. A typical week is four, 10-hour days with 3 days off. There are two start dates for this position - August 17th and September 28th. Bilingual applicants are eligible for additional compensation. Work At Home candidates must meet the following requirements: Reside in California. Have a designated workspace that is separate, secure, and quiet. Have designated internet with a minimum speed of 400mpbs. Connect to the internet/modem via Ethernet Previous remote experience preferred. Job Requirements: High school graduation or equivalency is required. Previous call center experience preferred. Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, advanced computer navigation using multiple programs at one time. Ideal candidate will be driven by customer service demonstrating active listening and offering meaningful solutions in a fast paced and dynamic guest service environment. Proven record of making logical decisions, problem solving, resourcefulness, multitasking and expediency.
