Job Summary UW Health in northern Illinois is recruiting an exceptional, board-certified Cardiac Surgeon to join our dynamic cardiovascular surgery team. We are looking for candidates with an interest in adult cardiac surgery, with a focus on coronary artery disease and structural heart disease, including surgical and trans-catheter aortic valve replacement. We're looking for candidates who have the desire and passion to help build a robust cardiothoracic surgery service line in northern Illinois. You will have the full support of the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in this endeavor. As a member of our medical group with over 280 employed providers, including comprehensive cardiology and pulmonary teams as well as over 100 primary care providers, you have the benefit of a built-in referral base from the area's preferred healthcare provider.
