- Hospital experience in unit dose distribution, compounding non-sterile medications including USP<795>, IV admixture including USP<797> and <800>, and automated dispensing machine technology. Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current licensure from the State of Illinois. Candidates without a license may work in this role for 60 days from date of license application through Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation. Required
- Completion of Pharmacy Technician Certification within two (2) years of date license was first issued. Required
