The eDiscovery and Surveillance team within Macquarie provides technology and services to retain, discover and conduct surveillance against Electronically Stored Information (ESI). As a global technology service, we partner with Legal, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Security teams across Macquarie during the eDiscovery phase of investigations. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility In this role you will lead a global team of 5 - 10 eDiscovery Specialists responsible for the delivery of preservation, collection, processing, review and production services. You will define and measure eDiscovery Service Level Agreements and manage relationships with internal and external customers. You will incorporate customer feedback into your partnership with technology, risk and security teams to continually improve the overall service delivered to those customers.
