All about the role:

The Last Mile Sr. Analyst will own, support, and manage network performance metrics including exceptions management routines to drive excellence in Electrolux Home Delivery and Installation. This role will analyze large amounts of data to highlight performance and cost out opportunities within the Electrolux Delivery Center (EDC) network. The Last Mile Sr. Analyst will develop and implement performance dashboards to optimize the efficiency and quality of information used by Region Managers and Sales in support of decision making.

The Last Mile Sr. Analyst is responsible for distilling service level performance to key stakeholders in the Last Mile and Sales teams. Performance insights will also be used to prioritize business needs and define new process improvement opportunities.

Where you'll be:
This position will be based in the HQ, Charlotte Office, North Carolina.

What you'll do:

  • Owns data quality and accuracy of the Last Mile digital track and trace platform, FarEye.

  • Partner with Electrolux and FarEye data teams to implement and continuously improve delivery performance and exception dashboards.

  • Utilizes FarEye & Electrolux data to create automated performance dashboards highlighting 3rd party logistics provider (3PL) service level performance and customer success metrics.

  • Application of lean manufacturing and sustainable supply chain disciplines drive lead cost reduction or service level improvement projects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to improve understanding of key performance metrics to drive profitable sales growth in D2C and new construction business channels.

  • Provide timely business management reporting and commentary for Global, Last Mile, and Sales leadership.

  • Provide mentorship for the Last Mile Business Analyst to aid in development of advanced skill proficiencies and analytical capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management.

  • 3+ years of operational work experience with emphasis on analytics and business intelligence reporting.

  • Advanced data analysis skills through the usage of Microsoft Excel, MS Access, and Power BI (or other visual insights program).

  • Intermediate experience with querying data from structured systems for use in analysis.

Skills and abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Adept at dashboard development and visual insight creation and reporting.

  • Knowledge of supply chain business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization.

  • Strategic and creative problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to develop operational plans and development plan processes.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bias for action; follows up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.

  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
