Colonial Dr, Ocoee, FL 34761 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch service to our members, resolving issues and answering questions related to healthcare, health insurance, and related topics.
- Educate members on self-service tools and guide them to value-based providers.
- Host customer video appointments and generate leads for new sales and sales of replacement and add-on products.
- Identify and contact at-risk customers, developing and executing retention strategies that meet their needs.
- Analyze prospect needs and match them to our products, conducting plan comparisons and facilitating the application process.
- Promote and facilitate APO enrollment and set-up, ensuring new customers receive orientations and information on self-service and shopping tools.
- Sell health and ancillary insurance products to Florida individual consumers and small groups
What We Require:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a sales and service environment, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet, and web-based tools.
- A State of Florida 2-40 license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with health insurance products, including individual and group plans, is a plus.

- Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in related field Marketing
