Performs various duties related to processes and controls, vendor management, and invoices and payments. Supports both Liability Claims and Workers Compensation. Essential Functions

Minimum Education High school diploma/GED. Minimum Experience Two (2) years general business experience or familiarity with state laws regarding self-insurance and working with the various laws, regulations, and requirements. Experience in customer contact environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good human relations, oral and written communication, and effective customer service skills. Proficient typing and Microsoft Office skills. Good organizational skills, attention to details and ability to set priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: This position is located in Memphis, TN. The pay range for Memphis is $21.14/hr - $25.37/hr Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
