Provides analysis, support, training development, and practical applications of engineering models.

Essential Functions

  • Provides cost justification, performance analysis, and other analysis.
  • Prepares reports and assists in expenditure proposals.
  • Budget Preparation, Cost and Performance Analysis, Cost Justifications and Expenditure Proposals, Report Preparation, Training & Publications, P&D Support, Dock Support, and other analytical duties as needed.
  • Documents field processes and updates corporate publications.
  • Provides support for operations, including first-and-last mile and dock.
  • Participates on new product development teams, Quality Action Teams (QAT), and special project teams as assigned.
  • Terminal Capacity Analysis.
  • Holiday Cutback Analysis.
  • Special product development and analysis.
  • Provides implementation support for deployment of new functions, processes and systems as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelors Degree in business, logistics or related field. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirement

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, cost justification techniques, and review and analysis of work methods.

  • Through understanding of first-and-last-mile and dock operations.

  • Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills.

  • Working knowledge of programming and systems.

  • Basic knowledge of Video Direction and Development.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: (FEC_E21) - (FEC_E23) U.S. Pay Range: $3,474.64/month - $9,298.33/month Colorado Pay Range: $3,474.64/month - $8,910.90/month New York Pay Range: $3,667.68/month - $9,298.33/month New York City Pay Range: $4,439.82/month - $9,298.33/month

Additional Details: This position is preferred to be domiciled in Pittsburgh, PA but remote locations can be considered.
