Your Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and direction the production floor personnel Coordinate daily production floor activities and delegate assignments to production personnel Handle scheduling, oversee floor operations, monitor performance, verifying product quality, track metrics Lead, train, and coach employees to ensure requirements are met Communicate during meetings, updates, shift changes, issues with supervisors Work with production employees, peers, supervisors, managers Continuously evaluate and modify the workflow for increased throughput and productivity Ensure that all goals and deadlines are met Complete all paperwork necessary to follow along with the job Learn about equipment and basic troubleshooting/maintenance Follow quality and training expectations as stated under ISO 9001 Certification Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm
You Must Have:
Operator experience with extensive knowledge about equipment to assist operators on the floor, or run a machine if necessary Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite Highly detailed oriented- quality focus driven Ability to handle complex issues and know how to resolve them (problem solver) Basic measuring skills- able to read a ruler and other measurement devices Basic problem-solving skills Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of job ticket Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and to stand for an entire shift (excluding breaks) Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on production schedule

Must have ability to work with very close tolerances Ability to effectively communicate with team members High degree of analytical skills Good color discernment
