Procurement & Sourcing Operations Team
This is a 6month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role with core availability required between 10:00am-2:00pm PST. Must be in the United States.
Summary
This role supports high-volume, fast-turnaround procurement needs across multiple business categories. You'll drive sourcing execution, manage internal requests, and ensure compliance standards are met while delivering clarity and speed to business partners. This is a tactical and operationally focused position suited for someone who excels in organized execution, communication, and collaboration within a dynamic work environment.
Our Ideal Candidate
5-7years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
Passion for operational excellence, business partnership, and streamlined sourcing
Proficient in Workday or similar sourcing platforms; ServiceNow experience is a plus
Familiar with contract negotiations, RFP/RFQ processes, and procurement compliance
Skilled in ticketing systems, stakeholder communication, and vendor onboarding
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and overlapping requests
Strong written and verbal communication with executive-level polish
Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and responsiveness
Comfortable creating structure in ambiguous or undefined workflows
Job Description
In this role, you will execute sourcing requests across categories such as Technology, Marketing, M&A, and People Operations.
You'll partner with stakeholders to clarify needs, run sourcing events, and maintain compliance, while ensuring speed and accuracy in procurement workflows. This includes:
Managing low-spend, high-velocity procurement needs with minimal guidance
Owning sourcing transactions end-to-end, including RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract coordination
Updating sourcing tickets in platforms like Workday and ServiceNow for transparency and accuracy
Acting as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, delivering updates via Slack and check-ins
Collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Compliance to align contracts and policies
Providing real-time visibility into ticket progress, bottlenecks, and resolution paths
Driving supplier rationalization, spend forecasting, and process improvement initiatives
You will also support leave coverage across the team and help identify ways to improve throughput and stakeholder experience without sacrificing compliance or value.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in procurement operations within technology, retail, or high-growth environments
Familiarity with ticketing tools, data hygiene, and stakeholder alignment workflows
Strong project coordination and process improvement mindset
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $47 - $50per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
