YOUR IMPACT

As a Solutions Consultant at OpenText, you'll play a key role in helping organizations elevate customer experience by leveraging our powerful suite of Digital Experience (DX) technologies. From web content to personalized communication, OpenText Experience solutions enable businesses to engage smarter, faster, and with greater impact across every touchpoint.

You'll partner with Account Executives and work closely with partners and customers to understand their business challenges and develop tailored, compelling technical solutions. This is your opportunity to help organizations unlock new revenue streams, attract and retain customers, and reach new audiences-all while shaping meaningful digital experiences.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Build deep technical knowledge of OpenText's Digital Experience Management portfolio, including WCM, DAM, Messaging, Journey Orchestration, and CDP tools.

  • Translate complex customer needs into technical solutions, presentations, and proof-of-concept trials.

  • Design and develop customized functional components to support demos and sales engagements.

  • Own and evolve our demo development platform by creating innovative integrations with third-party solutions.

  • Evangelize OpenText DX solutions through onsite and virtual customer meetings, partner engagements, industry events, and social media.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure solution alignment and product innovation.

  • Represent OpenText's vision and thought leadership across key industries and partner ecosystems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 5-8 years of experience in software development, implementation, or technical solution roles

  • 4-6 years of experience specifically in Digital Experience Management or digital development

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong understanding of WCM, DAM, messaging, and customer journey technologies

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders

  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in building customer demos and technical solutions

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers, partners, and internal teams

  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technologies to a range of audiences

  • Willingness to travel to client meetings as expected to fulfill the duties of the role

SALARY STATEMENT

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and includes a competitive base salary, variable incentives, and participation in OpenText's comprehensive benefits package.
