About The Position The Senior Energy Efficiency Analyst is responsible for analytics covering program implementation, cost effectiveness, and long-term planning of Ameren Missouri's energy efficiency and demand response programs, including integrating data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
Senior Analyst-Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. Engineering, Business, Statistics, or Computer Science background preferred. Five or more years of relevant experience required. (e.g. energy efficiency, data/statistical analysis, engineering, business, marketing, managing data analytics/business analytics projects, etc.). Senior Consultant -QualificationsMaster's Degree from an accredited college or university required. Eight or more years of relevant experience required (e.g. energy efficiency, data/statistical analysis, engineering, business, marketing, managing data analytics/business analytics projects, etc.). Data analytics, business analytics or quantitative analysis experience is required. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Additional Information Compensation Range: $86,400.00 - $168,000.00* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
