Manhattan is growing and we're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Atlanta, GA global headquarters location. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, screen and advise in the selection of technical, engineering and services talent, working closely with leaders and People Partners to meet Manhattan's business objectives. What you'll get to do:
- Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to understand business objectives and role requirements to ensure alignment
- Conduct talent strategy meetings to setexpectationsandmaintain communication throughout the recruiting process
- Successfully source candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and referrals. Must be able to design and execute a creative sourcing strategy to pipeline a diverse, high quality candidate pool
- Network and build strong relationships with senior leaders by providing strategic guidance and advice
- Conduct screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for consideration
- Lead candidate interview debrief sessions
- Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Responsible for project participation and consulting on a broad scope of initiatives related to talent at Manhattan
- Provide complete and accurate information to applicants about Manhattan in a manner that inspires interest and document their progress through the selection process
- Ensure that recruiting activitiesfollowgovernment regulations and company policies and procedures
- Proactively communicate updates and status to applicants, hiring managers, and People Partners
- Ensure that all requisition and applicant data is current, accurate and documented appropriately in the applicant tracking system(Workday)
- Work cooperatively with all members of the Talent Acquisition, and broader People team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
What you bring to the team:
- 8+years of software and technology recruiting experience in a corporate environment, working within a collaborative team setting
- Must have a strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and AI savvy
- Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and analytical techniques to drive talent pipelines is required.
- Bachelor's degree in business or HR-related field
- Strong problem-solving ability using both traditional and innovative techniques
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
- Knowledge of legal requirements associated with recruiting to include OFCCP, EEO, AAP, and immigration regulations
- Excitement about working in a hybrid setting - approximately 60% in office
