About the Role:

As a Production Planner, you will plan and prepare master processing schedules to meet customer needs while maximizing processing efficiency. You will also prepare and submit status and performance reports. This role collaborates closely with management, quality, and processing staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the processing and distribution life of Solvita products. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and clear communication are essential for success.

Essential Functions:

* Works with Processing Managers on master scheduling and processing needs. Develops and maintains master schedule for donor allocation.

* Ensures tissues are processed within acceptable timeframes and that inventory levels are met and maintained.

* Creates and maintains PO fulfillment report cards to track yields, sessions processed vs target, and PO fulfillment.

* Provides feedback on the donor pool and makes recommendations on donor types and tissues to recover.

* Evaluate forecasts and POs, and new business opportunities for feasibility and report back to customers and sales team on whether we can meet customer requests.

* Integrated Business Planning Supply Review, as assigned.

* Reviews charts for proper documentation and donor suitability.

* Write donor processing instructions.

* Collaborate with the sales team and develop positive relationships with staff and customers to meet processing goals.

* Manages inventory by monitoring WIP and finished goods inventory and recommending planning changes/master schedule changes to maintain acceptable inventory levels.

* Collaborates with the sales team to determine customer requirements, the processing team to ensure those requirements are met, and with management to resolve any issues.

* Manages private label and OEM PO graft production to ensure on time delivery.

* Write and revise standard operating procedures and nonconformance reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Experience

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Experience creating pivot tables and using formulas for data analysis in Microsoft Excel.

* Experience leading /managing projects independently.
