ANALYGENCE is activelypursuing an opportunity to support the AF A3OB Mission Assurance Assessment Team (MAAT) support services to integrate the various MA-related programs and activities into a comprehensive, standardized, risk management process. The process is designed to assess risk to technical security assessments (TCAs), systems, and essential capabilities that support strategic missions. In support of this mission, ANALYGENCE is seeking aMission Assurance Team Lead to support execution of policies, plans, and strategies for Headquarters Air Force Critical Asset Risk Management (CARM) office. The Mission Assurance Team Leadwill be responsible for leading the coordination and execution of pre-assessment activities with AF/A3OB Mission Analysts, supporting installations in the development and publication of the All Hazards and Threat Assessment (AHTA) within the Enterprise Protection Risk Management (EPRM) system. This role requires strong collaboration with support staff, effective communication with AF/A3OB, and analytical expertise to ensure mission-focused, comprehensive risk assessments. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pre-assessment coordination with AF/A3OB Mission Analysts.Provide installation support in developing, finalizing, and publishing the All Hazards and Threat Assessment (AHTA) product in EPRM.
- Coordinate, review, and analyze information gathered from applicable systems, orders, and plans to ensure alignment with mission objectives.
- Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assessments and reports.
- Report regularly to AF/A3OB on assessment progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness regarding evolving threats and hazards impacting mission assurance.
- Support the continuous improvement of assessment processes, documentation, and training to enhance organizational readiness and resilience.
- Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related assessment experience.
- Ability to travel CONUS or OCONUS approximately one week per quarter.
- Valid US Passport.
- Experience in mission assurance, threat assessment, vulnerability/risk assessment, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of All Hazards and Threat Assessment (AHTA) processes and Enterprise Protection Risk Management (EPRM) systems.
- Ability to interpret and analyze military plans, orders, and operational data in support of risk assessments.
- An understanding of AF and/or DoD budget and funding processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience briefing senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant experience in a Mission Assurance related discipline including Force Protection, Civil Engineering, Emergency Management, Operations Research or Cyber Security.
- Experience working with Air Force operations (MAJCOM, Air Force Staffs), mission planning, or related military experience (G, J, or A staffs) preferred.
