Responsibilities

Classification: Exempt / Non-Bargaining

Position may be located remote. #LI-Remote

  • Responsible for the Commercial and Carrier business unit overall repair and service experience and implementation strategy
  • Lead organization responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving customer network and product components
  • Provide leadership, set technical direction, implement tooling using standards-based technologies and participate during all product delivery phases.
  • Provide input to the strategic direction directly influencing the business direction in new and existing products and systems
  • Operates at all levels of the organization, communicates effectively with both business and technical audiences, and effectively balances priorities to optimize resources and exceed service targets.
  • Participate in financial management and reporting activities including budget development, quarterly forecasting, and monthly variance reporting
  • Oversee the research and implementation of enterprise system-wide network service solutions to support customer business/mission goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate and monitor health and performance of the network including hardware and management software.
  • Develop and maintain a road map for capabilities, operations, and technologies.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent with 10 years' related experience, including at least 5 years' managerial experience.
  • At least 10 years of Commerical and Carrier network experience or equivalent having held Sr. Management positions of similar size, scope, and responsibility.
  • Proven leadership of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including matrixed and third-party management.
  • Depth of industry knowledge and technology trends
  • A minimum of 7 years of technical experience in Network Design and Support.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $114,708 - $208,440
