Overview The Interns will support the Learning & Organization Development team, which focuses on executive leadership development, as well as team and organizational effectiveness. We are hiring two interns that will support across both areas, with one having a primary focus on program management and the other having a primary focus on organizational development. The Learning & Talent Development division is an enterprise-wide strategic learning team serving all employees by providing high-impact development opportunities to support leaders, departments and the organization. This Intern will collaborate with teams across Learning & Talent Development and throughout the enterprise to support crucial logistics and administrative needs, provide learner cohort support and contribute to instructional design work. This individual will need to have experience participating in project teams that required them to effectively manage priorities, collaborate with diverse groups, ensure timeline adherence and leverage Agile to accomplish shared goals. Effective communication, a growth mindset and a solutions-minded approach are a must for this role. This intern will also need to have demonstrated proficiency leveraging technology and a willingness to learn new systems. *** A requirement of this position is you must be currently enrolled in college level courses or a degree-seeking program throughout the duration of the internship.
