Minimum Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field, or equivalent experience 7 years of Agile experience, including 5 years in a coaching or enterprise Agile transformation role Strong facilitation and mentoring skills with demonstrated success coaching teams, leaders, and Agile roles Familiarity with multiple delivery models (Agile, Lean, Kanban, traditional) and how to navigate hybrid environments Strong communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences Exposure to enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives Preferred Qualifications Experience in a healthcare or highly regulated industry Coaching teams that have worked in an Epic environment. Exposure to enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives Agile-related certifications are a plus but not required *Knowledge of clinical or operational domains within healthcare is a bonus Montefiore Health System, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer.
